We are protected by Anti – Virus software and fire walls, also our data bases are encrypted. We take regular back ups and keep a full back up history. If you register NPUS Accountants as your agent then we will receive all PAYE related communications direct from Inland Revenue.

We will produce payslips for all your employees according to they pay period and mail them to you or your employees.

We will produce details of net salary, sick pay or any other arrangements you have for your staff.

We can make deductions for contributions to Company Pensions Scheme. We deal with employees whose wages are calculated on hourly basis and deal with the repayment of staff loans.

We can process Directors NIC's, student loan deductions, attachments of earnings and make deductions under PAYE.

All details of staff and Directors' salaries will be kept confidentially and will not be divulged to any party outside NPUS Accountants with exception of :

     - Revenue
     - Authorised members of the employees staff
